Maintenance of Hardware and Software
We will provide service and support with comprehensive cover on all ICT equipment including remedial maintenance and preventive maintenance. Remedial Maintenance will cover problems found during day-to-day operation of the system. Remedial supports and repair operations will be carried out by the trained and certified engineers.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) is a scheduled periodic system and equipment maintenance check, which ensures problem prevention. Preventive Maintenance is generally applied to hardware and equipment for fine-tuning, system diagnostics and visual checking. The main purpose of preventive maintenance is to ensure equipment at maximum uptime and at optimal performance. Our trained personnel will perform the Preventive Maintenance in accordance to our customer’s recommended procedures and checklist.
